➔ Description of the mission

La personne stagiaire intégrera une équipe souple et dynamique et sera amenée à :

Participer aux dossiers en cours (diagnostic territorial ; prospection /cartographie ; conceptualisation ; réalisation de notes ; réalisation de supports graphiques ; etc.)
Participer aux projets de développement de l’agence (réflexions stratégiques ; réponse à appels d’offres ; activation de réseau partenaires ; etc.)
Assurer une veille sur l’actualité en lien avec les activités de l’agence (programmation hybride ; hébergement ; montage immobilier alternatif ; occupation de transition ; etc.)

Formation en immobilier / urbanisme
Connaissance / intérêt pour :
montage immobilier et projet urbain (programmation, bilans économiques, cadres technique, juridique et administratif)
monde du logement social / très social
Rigueur, autonomie, capacités graphique / rédactionnelle
Maitrise du Pack Adobe (In design / Illustrator) et Excel (est un plus)
