- Diplôme BPJEPS / DEJEPS ou équivalent exigé
- Expérience significative en animation jeunesse et/ou projets familles
- Capacités de coordination, d'organisation et de mobilisation de publics diversifiés
- Autonomie, écoute active, esprit d'initiative
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et capacité à rédiger des bilans
