4. Résultats attendus et livrables

La consultance devra aboutir aux résultats et livrables suivants :

Animation effective des sessions planifiées, dans le respect des objectifs pédagogiques
Remise de rapports d’activité pour chaque session ou groupe de sessions, selon le format convenu
Contribution qualitative à l’amélioration continue du programme via les retours terrain
5. Méthodologie et coordination

Le/la consultant·e travaillera de manière autonome, tout en étant étroitement coordonné·e par la personne référente du projet Les @thlètes de l’info au sein de BSF.

Des points de coordination réguliers pourront être organisés afin de :

Planifier les interventions
Ajuster les modalités d’animation si nécessaire
Assurer le suivi qualitatif des actions menées

6. Suivi, assurance qualité et évaluation

La qualité de la consultance sera évaluée sur la base des critères suivants :

Qualité pédagogique et posture d’animation
Respect des cadres, outils et valeurs du programme
Fiabilité et précision du reporting
Respect des délais et des engagements
Capacité d’adaptation aux publics et aux contextes locaux
Prise en compte des enjeux d’inclusion, de genre et de non-discrimination.
