Description de la mission

Our mission is to help companies measure, optimize, and reduce the environmental impact of their IT through a precise, transparent, and actionable SaaS platform.

And it’s working: strong growth in France and internationally, trusted by large enterprise customers, successful fundraising, and a highly engaged, impact-driven team.

To accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for an International Account Executive with strong partnerships experience.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise accounts
  • Own complex sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, demos, value proposition, negotiation, and closing
  • Build compelling business cases combining CO₂ impact, IT performance, and cost optimization
  • Activate and co-sell with partners when relevant (GSIs and tech partners such as Microsoft and Dynatrace)
  • Represent Sopht across the ecosystem (events, conferences, key meetings)
  • Help scale international sales and partner-led growth processes

Nice to have

  • Experience in Green IT or Sustainability
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting, environmental impact, or IT transformation
  • Background in a fast-growing startup or scale-up

Total compensation

60-70k base salary + €40-50k bonus/variable pay

Profil recherché

  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial role, ideally on complex and international deals
  • Solid experience in IT (knowledge of IT personas and ecosystem)
  • Proven exposure to partnerships
  • Ability to sell strategic value, not just software
  • Credibility with C-level, IT, Sustainability stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English (French and/or German are a plus)
  • High autonomy, ownership, and a results-driven mindset

Interview process

  • Meeting 1: 30 minutes fit and experience conversation with Manager
  • Meeting 2: 1h with case study with Manager and other team members
  • Meeting 3: 30 min fit conversation with Founders
