Oligofeed is currently expanding into the European and Canadian markets, bringing its breakthrough product to professional beekeepers and industry stakeholders.
Oligofeed is looking for its first Senior Business Developer to define and execute the commercial strategy for its flagship product.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a team of 10, working closely with the CEO to transition from product development to international commercial scaling.
You will play a key role in building the company’s revenue engine from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across target geographies (Europe & Canada), leveraging both B2B and B2C channels
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sale relationship management
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and performance tracking
- Develop and structure distribution channels, including indirect B2B partnerships
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine product positioning, value proposition, and sales pitch
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to drive demand generation initiatives (events, partnerships, campaigns)
- Represent Oligofeed at industry events and conferences, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and growth roadmap
