Description of the job :

To fuel its rapid expansion in Brazil, MORFO is seeking a Sales Executive to spearhead the development of its Reforestation-as-a-Service commercial vertical. This pivotal role presents a compelling challenge for an accomplished professional in complexe sales, in close collaboration with the company’s CEO, within the dynamic landscape of a burgeoning market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute sales strategy, ensuring validation and structuring of the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, closing deals, and contribute to the recruitment and organization of the sales team vertical.
  • Proficiently manage CRM systems and continuously improvement of sales process.
  • Contractualisation, negotiation, closing.
  • Sales representation.
Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • +5 years experience in complex selling and managing large-scale accounts.
  • Proven experience in startups, navigating new markets, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
