💼 Your Role
As a Corporate Fleet Account Executive 🇫🇷, your role will be to develop and manage a portfolio of corporate fleet clients, with the opportunity to contribute to an entrepreneurial project focused on structuring a fast-growing B2B offer.
🦸♀️🦸♂️ Your Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads passed by the SDR through to contract signature.
Before: Work closely with an SDR on target companies and the prospecting strategy to implement. You take the lead on this part.
During: Lead discovery, build a tailored offer, and negotiate through to contract signature (legal terms, conditions, commitments).
After: Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success teams at signing, and follow up on accounts downstream (upsell, loyalty, revenue growth) through steering committees.
Effectively manage your sales pipeline and drive revenue across your portfolio to hit your targets.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and represent Electra at industry events (trade shows, fleet/mobility conferences).
Relay client needs to the product teams to help shape the Electra for Business roadmap.
😎 Your Profile
2+ years of experience in B2B sales / account management / business development, with a full sales cycle managed independently.
A proven track record where your listening skills and ability to build lasting partnerships made the difference.
Strong analytical mindset, ability to structure an offer and present ideas clearly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Comfortable with numbers (pricing, ROI, structuring a commercial offer) and able to simplify complex proposals for decision-makers.
Pragmatic, with strong prioritization skills and strategic work organization.
Dynamic, challenge-driven, and eager to become an Electra ambassador externally.
Sensitive to energy transition issues and passionate about EV and e-mobility.
Good level of English required.
