It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.

Your mission as a CSM
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Customer Success Manager to help us cherish our new corporate clients, located across France, the UK and US. You will work with the Key Account Manager within the Altitude Sales and CS Team.
Your main objective will be to develop and sustain solid relationships with clients by fulfilling the following missions:
• Manage and secure the deployment of Altitude with our Industry clients.
• Identify and close new business opportunities for growth (up-sell & cross-sell)
• Maximize retention
• Collect client’s feedback to help the Product team
