The challenges of transition management
Companies must constantly adapt to keep up with technological developments, changing laws, and the new expectations of employees and consumers. This is the case now, and it will continue to be the case when you graduate, because things are changing and will continue to change. More and more people are aware of the need to make an ecological and social transition and many companies have also understood that it was necessary to change to go in this direction. However, transitions, whatever they may be, touch on many subjects specific to organizations bringing together people with different backgrounds and interests and must be managed by professionals. Beyond the corporate world, transition is also managed at the territorial level, in collaboration with residents, political leaders, planning professionals and a multitude of other actors.
What are the challenges of transition management? Among the challenges linked to change management, there is, for example, a better understanding of the personalities, interests and motivations of each person. Adopting a new leadership posture that facilitates, federates and mobilizes the people around him/her. Rethinking the ways of communicating and cooperating with teams. Promote and manage diversity in the organization. Adopt new modes of governance. Training in the challenges of the ecological transition.
