You have experience in business development or sales in a B2B, impact or hybrid context. You have a strong understanding of HR, recruitment and talent acquisition environments. You are able to balance strategy and execution in a lean organisation. You are comfortable making decisions in imperfect contexts. You are confident managing small teams and driving accountability. You are very comfortable working with digital tools and data (CRM, pipelines, dashboards) and use them to drive decisions and follow-up. You are motivated by impact, but rigorous about results. You have hands-on experience working with the French market, including companies, HR practices and hiring dynamics. Your speak fluent French & English (extra languages are a plus)
