📣 Coordinatrice ou Coordinateur Ferme / Tuteur

📍 Lieu : Céret (66)

💼 Contrat : CDD 1 an renouvelable (20h/semaine) puis CDI

📅 Prise de poste : 16 juin 2025

🎯 Missions : Gestion des travaux agricoles, apiculture, encadrement pédagogique et participation à la conception d’une ferme expérimentale innovante.

Expérience significative en maraîchage et si possible en apiculture et/ou arboriculture/petit élevage (si possible agroécologiques ou en bio, minimum 2 ans).
Notions, si possible avancées, d'approches agroécologiques et de régénération des sols.
Sensibilité écologique, et à la diversité du vivant, fortes.
Goût pour la recherche et l’innovation.
Aptitudes pédagogiques pour la transmission des savoirs.
Capacité d'organisation, d’autonomie, d’ordre et de rigueur.
Capacité d’utilisation de petits outils motorisés (motoculteur, débroussailleuse, tronçonneuse, tondeuses).
Capacité de réparation et de maintenance de petits systèmes d’irrigation.
Capacité en cuisine de transformation des récoltes (confitures, kéfir, sauce tomates, pesto, ratatouille…)
Sens du collectif et expérience en gestion de groupe.
Permis B indispensable.
