STRUCTURE

Le cabinet Partium recrute un·e Directeur·rice en CDI pour l’association Bail Pour Tous, basée à Paris (20ᵉ).

Créée en 1992 et agréée par la Préfecture de Paris au titre de la loi du 31 mai 1990 visant à la mise en œuvre du droit au logement, Bail Pour Tous agit pour l’accès et le maintien dans le logement de personnes et familles en situation de précarité.

En lien étroit avec les pouvoirs publics, les bailleurs sociaux et les propriétaires privés, l’association gère un parc de logements et accompagne ses locataires vers une insertion durable. Fidèle à ses valeurs de solidarité et de dignité, elle développe des solutions concrètes contre le mal-logement et favorise l’autonomie des personnes accompagnées. Ce travail d’accompagnement dans le logement est réalisé en lien étroit avec les associations fondatrices de Bail Pour Tous, actives dans les domaines de l’insertion par l’activité économique, de la prévention spécialisée et de l’hébergement, à Paris.

Mission success indicators

Titulaire d’une formation supérieure en gestion, management, travail social ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de direction au sein d’une structure associative, d’un bailleur social ou d’un acteur du logement accompagné.

Reconnu·e pour votre rigueur de gestion, votre sens des responsabilités et votre engagement, vous savez piloter une structure dans toutes ses dimensions (administrative, financière, humaine et patrimoniale). Vous disposez de solides compétences en management d’équipe et en relations partenariales, et savez conjuguer exigence, écoute et esprit collectif.

Vos qualités relationnelles, votre sens du service public et votre engagement en faveur du droit au logement seront des atouts déterminants pour réussir dans cette mission à fort impact social.
