Help design ZNTH’s first programme for emerging creatives.
ZNTH is a Paris-based cultural nonprofit connecting people across art, fashion, film, music and other creative disciplines. Alongside our Salons and editorial work, we want to develop a practical programme that gives emerging creatives access to guidance, exchange and opportunities to develop their work.
We’re looking for someone to help turn that ambition into a focused, realistic pilot.
Your responsibilities:
• Research the needs of emerging creatives and relevant existing programmes.
• Help define who the pilot serves and what participants should gain.
• Develop a first mentorship programme structure, including activities, duration and participant support.
• Explore how schools and creative institutions could contribute or collaborate.
• Outline mentor and participant recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Work with finance to identify costs and resource requirements.
• Propose a manageable evaluation approach.
• Prepare a programme overview with a timeline, budget assumptions and decisions needed before launch.
Our immediate milestone is a programme proposal that ZNTH can assess, resource and discuss with potential collaborators. The programme is in development; this role will help shape its foundations.
This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity, carried out remotely. We envisage approximately 20 hours per week, agreed around your availability, with an initial three-month commitment.
