AuthoriseMe supports companies in managing their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations in France and internationally. Its services include authorised representation, registration with Producer Responsibility Organisations (PROs), and the preparation and submission of EPR declarations across multiple countries and EPR schemes.
As an EPR Compliance Data & Reporting Specialist, you will join the Compliance team and contribute to the effective delivery of our reporting services to clients.
Purpose of the Role
You will ensure that client data is collected, structured, checked and prepared correctly for EPR reporting. You will also assess and classify products under the relevant EPR schemes, including packaging, WEEE, batteries and textiles, in accordance with applicable national requirements.
Acting as a key contact for clients, internal teams, PROs and authorities, you will help ensure that registrations and quantity declarations are accurate, complete and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Reporting
- Collect and process client, product and sales data from different sources.
- Structure raw data and check its completeness, consistency and plausibility.
- Prepare and submit quantity declarations to PROs, authorities and reporting platforms.
- Identify missing information and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and document all reporting activities and decisions.
Product Classification and Compliance
- Analyse products, distribution channels and client roles, such as manufacturer, importer, fulfilment provider or distance seller.
- Classify products under the relevant EPR categories and reporting requirements.
- Assess EPR obligations across different countries and schemes.
- Support clients in understanding applicable data and reporting requirements.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key contact for clients on EPR data, product classification and reporting.
- Maintain regular and structured communication with clients.
- Coordinate with Compliance Managers, Sales, Finance and other internal teams.
- Liaise with PROs and authorities on reporting or classification matters when required.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Develop expertise in an assigned country or EPR scheme.
- Support internal teams with specific technical and regulatory questions.
- Monitor relevant regulatory developments and communicate changes that may affect client obligations or internal processes.
