PUR is recruiting an Account Manager based in Bogota to manage customers. The goal is to have a strong understanding of the customers and masterize PUR’s contractual commitments on existing programs.
You will have 4 main responsibilities :

  • Support understanding of the customer relationship to ensure PUR can continue to build trust

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the delivery and the optimization of PUR’s program deliverables , contractual commitments and obligations

  • Execute on key tasks as directed, and with support as necessary, including coordination, reporting writing, and internal tasks

  • Support plans for cross-sales and up-sales including client commodity reviews and engage appropriate team members when new opportunities are identified

As an Account Manager, you will work directly under the Regional Account Manager who is based in Colombia, and in cooperation with the country managers in the Latam region.

Your responsibilities will include in a non-exhaustive manner:

  • Understanding of the client CSR strategy (at corporate and Business Unit level), have an understanding of their sourcing strategy, supply chains/commodities and regions;

  • Supporting the preparation for client meetings including review of key attendees, preparation of materials, coordination with internal stakeholders;

  • When relevant, participating in client meetings, taking notes and supporting the actions after meetings;

  • Draft communication and other deliverables for internal stakeholders and customer reporting;

  • Tracking and inputting into CRM new potential business opportunities (new region, new intervention, new commodities, update CRM, invoice clients, etc);

  • Having a good understanding of PUR standard offers and PUR’s Pitch and differentiation factors;

  • Prepare internal reports on the progress of programs and contract deliverables;

  • Supporting Key Account Managers / Global Account Managers on Feasibility Study elaboration by providing client insights;

  • Participating in key activities following the SOP (includes contributing to building budgets, supporting contracting);

  • Supporting retroplanning to ensure delivery and coordination of deliverables;

  • Supporting preparation of key deliverables including reports/presentations, summaries, concept notes if needed, profitability reviews and analysis;

  • Support the effective implementation of the governance structure of different projects. 

Profil recherché

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Passion for nature regeneration & transforming businesses;

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager;

  • Experience working with customers in Latin America;

  • Experience building reports, working with KPI;

  • Knowledge of the coffee supply chain in Latin America and experience working with coffee companies is a strong asset;

  • Strong organizational & communication skills as well as a collaboration mindset;

  • Experience in a fast international growing environment and interactions with large companies is a plus;

  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude;

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
