What we believe in and why you might want to join
Hystra is a boutique strategy consulting firm, which is exclusively dedicated to social and environmental impact. We are driven by a common vision: the world is full of innovations that could make a difference in people’s lives, but these are nowhere near the scale that they should be at! Our work consists in designing and running disruptive initiatives that have the potential to accelerate the scale up of these social and environmental innovations. For this, we partner with multinational corporations, local companies, social entrepreneurs, impact investors, donor organizations or policymakers. A significant part of our work aims to tackle the Sustainable Development Goals in the Global South. We believe that working across sectors can help break silos: in the past year we have worked in the fields of energy access, financial inclusion, safe water, dignified sanitation, nutritious foods, healthcare access, sustainable and resilient agriculture, etc. We train all our recruits in top strategy consulting skills, with a strong focus on analytical excellence and rigorous problem-solving, while also confronting them with the reality of operating in complex geographies for vulnerable audiences, with dedication and empathy. Our team is growing, so if you recognize yourself in the above, we would be happy to meet!
