Description de la mission

We are seeking a Sales Manager to support Epyr’s commercial growth and expand our market outreach in France and Europe. You will lead commercial engagements end-to-end, identify new opportunities, and help build a scalable sales engine. ​

​​​​Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Directly own and manage key accounts and deals throughout the whole sales cycle: prospect and nurture potential clients, personally handle or support negotiations, build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.​​
  • Represent the company externally: attend industry events and conferences, develop partnerships and identify new opportunities. ​​
  • Define and execute the sales strategy in your perimeter: identify sales targets, develop the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.​​
  • Coordinate with other departments: collaborate with technical and financial teams to define relevant solutions and business cases, build impactful and tailored proposals for our clients.

Profil recherché

Must Have​

  • Master’s degree from a leading engineering/ business school or university
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial or engineering environments (industrial players, service companies, consulting)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing client relationships or commercial engagements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Deep commitment to the energy transition and climate impact

**Nice-to-Have:**​

  • Knowledge of energy markets and EU / French decarbonization policies
  • Understanding of financial engineering (3rd party financing, SPV…)

Soft Skills:

  • Curiosity, autonomy, and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Structured thinking and ability to prioritize
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
