Description de la mission

🏠 What Do We Do?

The shift to electric mobility is happening. Electra is accelerating it.

Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions. Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.

In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.

We’ve grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and we’re now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our own eMSP.
Backed by over €1 billion in funding, we’re looking for bold, passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europe’s energy transition.

If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you!

💼 Your Missions

The Head of Marketing owns Electra's marketing/growth strategy and budget across all countries, directly managing the Acquisition and Retention poles and coordinating with local marketing leads. Reporting to Ivan (SVP Revenue line), you'll drive the full funnel, acquisition, activation, retention, through data and continuous experimentation.

Three priorities anchor the role today: growing customer acquisition on our ecosystem, scaling Electra+ adoption, and rolling out the France growth playbook internationally, with Germany as the top-priority market.

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilities

Strategy & budget

  • Define and drive the Growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention) aligned with Electra's revenue and profitability goals.

  • Own the Growth budget across all countries (x3 2027 vs 2026): set the overall envelope, allocate it by country, by channel and by initiative, in coordination with local marketing leads.

Team management

  • Directly manage the Acquisition and Retention poles, setting their objectives, priorities and resourcing.

  • Actively challenge both poles' roadmaps and trade-offs (e.g. CAC vs. LTV, volume vs. profitability)

  • Coordinate with country marketing leads (who report to their local GM) to align central strategy with local execution

Customer Acquisition

  • Ensure our online visibility and top of funnel brand awareness is best-in-class.

  • Boost conversion to hit our revenue targets and drive customer acquisition within our own ecosystem (app, badge).

Electra+ subscription

  • Grow the active subscriber base through two levers: increasing subscription acquisition and reducing churn.

  • Challenge Electra+ pricing and subscription economics, ensuring the program remains profitable over time.

International rollout

  • Adapt and deploy the France growth playbook (paid, SEO/organic, ASO, partnerships, influence, offline) to new markets, with Germany as the top priority.

  • Balance central playbook ownership with local market insights and needs, adapting execution to each country’s maturity and customer dynamics.

Data & experimentation

  • Own Growth's North Star metrics and report progress to leadership.

  • Champion the use of AI/automation to improve marketing efficiency and team output.

😎 Your Profile

  • 8+ years in growth, growth marketing or growth product, ideally in a fast-scaling tech company that went through hyperscale (mobility experience not required, strong grasp of growth dynamics is).

  • Track record managing acquisition and retention functions, including arbitrating trade-offs between them, and owning a multi-country budget.

  • Experience structuring a function from 0 to 1 and scaling it beyond.

  • Strong grasp of growth methodologies, analytics tooling, and applied AI for marketing automation and team efficiency.

  • Comfortable in a business mixing physical operations (charging network) and digital product; able to champion and give visibility to the marketing function within a strongly tech culture.

  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and adapt to multi-country contexts.

  • Fluent French and English.
