Your missions:
Communication :
- Contribute to the creation of the 2027 Summit communication kits and participate in developing the visual identity, working closely with our graphic designer
- Support the production of video content and communication materials highlighting ChangeNOW’s 10 years of impact through curated success stories
- Coordinate across teams to consolidate needs and co-build communication plans tailored to each audience
- Track the overall communication plan and provide operational support to the Social Media Manager and Newsletter Manager as needed.
Marketing :
- Update and maintain the Summit website to ensure content stays current and engaging across all key pages
- Analyze, optimize and grow our database with a view to deepening community engagement and long-term loyalty
- Support the team on any additional marketing tasks as needed
Your profile:
- We are looking for a Master’s level student (Bac+5) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, from a business school, communications school, or equivalent, ideally in the final year of their studies.
- Strong interest in sustainability, media, and communications.
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills and and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects, working across teams, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
- Bonus: experience with social media, or creative tools.
