AXA Climate has 4 business units to support its clients and partners, based on expertise: Insurance, Training, Consulting, and SaaS Products. Globally, we are a team of +250 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our mission if climate and environmental adaptation.
Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity firms, Industrial corporates, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are +40 people working on it: product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.
Altitude
Altitude solution was launched in September 2022. It is three products, connected on one single data platform. It is enabling CSR/ESG teams to screen climate and nature related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.
Altitude Finance: dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds,
Altitude Industry: dedicated for corporates,
Altitude Agriculture: dedicated for food & Ag.

Your mission as a Senior Account Executive
We are looking for an engaged and passionate AE to sell Altitude Industry, our platform for Corporates, launched in Q3 2024. You will be targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts, in France and Europe, from all sectors.
You would be joining a larger sales community (1 other AE dedicated to Industry, and 4 AE dedicated to Finance).
Your main goal will be to grow the number of Altitude’s users by finding and securing new clients. To do so, you will be responsible of the full sell-cycle. This includes the following missions:
- Identify prospects among Corporate CSR Managers or Risk Managers (through cold reach, event participation, partnerships, personal network)
- Get meetings to generate and qualify new opportunities
- Understand their needs and demonstrate how Altitude can be relevant for them (as well as giving feedbacks to Product people!)
- Handle the negotiation and contractual part.
