
Position summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive graduate-level intern to support our Partnerships team with stakeholder engagement, corporate communications, event planning, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for a master's student or recent graduate with previous internship or professional experience who is looking to deepen their skills in partnership management, communications, and event execution.
The intern will play a key role in supporting partnership initiatives, coordinating engagement activities, assisting with high-profile events such as galas and stakeholder convenings, and ensuring smooth dayto-day operations across the team.
Brief Description: This role is to support partnership managers and changemaker companies' delivery efforts.
Role Description
Partnerships Support:
- Support relationship management activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and maintaining partnership databases.
- Draft and review partnership-related communications and correspondence.
- Track partnership opportunities, commitments, and follow-up actions.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of events, including galas, partnership engagements,
- workshops, and stakeholder convenings.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, guest management, and registration
- processes.
- Assist in developing event timelines, documents, and planning trackers.
- Support post-event reporting and stakeholder follow-up.
Corporate Communications:
- Draft presentations, newsletters, event communications, and other partner facing materials.
- Support the development of communication material and storytelling content.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across communications.
