Website & Digital Projects Coordinator | Remote Volunteer
Organisation: ZNTHWRLD (ZNTH)
Location: Remote / Paris
Engagement: Unpaid volunteering · Flexible, part-time
About ZNTH
ZNTH is a Paris-rooted cultural association building creative and community infrastructure for emerging creatives. Our digital platform is intended to bring together our programmes, editorial storytelling, creative community and cultural initiatives.
The opportunity
We're looking for a creative, organised volunteer to help coordinate the development and evolution of ZNTH's website and digital experiences.
This is a project coordination and creative ownership opportunity, rather than a purely technical development position.
You'll help connect the work of our designers, developers, writers and creative contributors, ensuring that ideas become coherent, completed digital experiences.
What you'll contribute
- Coordinate website priorities, development milestones and publication timelines.
- Help translate creative direction into actionable briefs for designers, developers and editorial contributors.
- Maintain a clear overview of website pages, features, content requirements and outstanding decisions.
- Organise feedback, revisions, approvals and cross-team dependencies.
- Support website structure, user journeys and the overall digital experience.
- Coordinate editorial and technical contributors so that work progresses consistently.
- Identify blockers, propose solutions and maintain clear updates through Notion.
- Help develop a practical roadmap for future digital initiatives.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in digital project coordination, website management, creative production or related work.
- Understanding of website design, user experience, editorial content and development workflows.
- Strong organisation, communication and independent decision-making.
- Ability to coordinate contributors with different skills and priorities.
- Comfort using tools such as Notion, Figma, Google Workspace or project-management platforms.
- Interest in art, culture, editorial storytelling and distinctive digital experiences.
You do not need to be a full-stack developer. The priority is someone who can understand the bigger picture, organise the work and support the people delivering it.
Practical details
This is an unpaid, part-time volunteer opportunity, open to remote contributors who can collaborate with our Paris-based team.
Please share examples of digital projects you've helped coordinate, your availability and how you approach managing creative and technical workflows.
