About ZNTH
ZNTH is a Paris-rooted cultural association building creative and community infrastructure for emerging creatives through interdisciplinary events, programmes, storytelling and collaborative initiatives.
As our volunteer team grows across multiple departments, we're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a collaborative organisation.
The opportunity
We're seeking an experienced, proactive volunteer to support organisational coordination, internal systems and the day-to-day functioning of ZNTH.
You'll work closely with the Founder & Creative Director and collaborate with contributors across operations, programmes, creative, community, partnerships and digital projects.
This opportunity is particularly suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating people and helping a growing organisation work more effectively.

- Support communication and follow-ups between departmental coordinators and contributors.
- Maintain clear task ownership, timelines and reporting through Notion.
- Organise meeting agendas, action items, documentation and operational follow-through.
- Identify bottlenecks, outstanding decisions and dependencies before they become problems.
- Help develop efficient workflows, SOPs, templates and internal systems.
- Support the Founder with organisational planning and recurring operational priorities.
- Encourage independent ownership, clear communication and accountability across the team.
- Collaborate with our People & Talent contributors on onboarding and team coordination.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in operations, project management, administration, team coordination or organisational development.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate several people and workstreams without excessive meetings.
- Strong initiative, sound judgement and confidence proposing solutions.
- Comfort using Notion, Google Workspace or similar collaborative tools.
- Ability to handle organisational information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- Genuine interest in helping a creative nonprofit grow sustainably.
Experience coordinating remote teams, volunteers or cross-functional projects is particularly valuable.
Practical details
This is an unpaid, part-time volunteer opportunity with flexible remote collaboration. We welcome applicants who can commit consistently over time and communicate regularly during Paris working hours.
Please share your relevant experience, realistic weekly availability and an example of how you've improved a team workflow or coordinated multiple contributors.
