Creative Content Producer — Design & Video | Volunteer

About ZNTH

ZNTH is a Paris-rooted cultural association building creative and community infrastructure for emerging creatives. Through interdisciplinary events, creative programmes, artist discovery and storytelling, we create opportunities for people and ideas to connect.

The opportunity

We're looking for a multidisciplinary creative content producer to help bring ZNTH's visual identity, campaigns and cultural initiatives to life.

You'll collaborate with our creative and communications team to develop engaging, thoughtful and visually distinctive content.

What you'll contribute

Create graphics, short-form videos, motion content and digital assets for social media and campaigns.
Edit photography and video footage from events, creative projects and artist collaborations.
Translate creative briefs into finished content, from concept through revisions and delivery.
Help develop visual storytelling around ZNTH's programmes, events and creative community.
Collaborate with our art direction and communications contributors.
Maintain organised project files and communicate progress through our shared workspace.

Who we're looking for

Experience in graphic design, video editing, motion design, photography or digital content creation.
Confidence using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
A strong visual eye and interest in contemporary culture, fashion, art, design or emerging creative communities.
Ability to work independently, respond to feedback and meet agreed deadlines.
A portfolio demonstrating your creative strengths.

You don't need to specialise in every medium. We're building a team with complementary creative skills.

Practical details

This is an unpaid, part-time volunteer opportunity with flexible collaboration. Remote contributors are welcome, with Paris-based participation particularly useful for events and content capture.

Please share your portfolio, availability and the types of content you most enjoy creating.

Profile

You have a portfolio demonstrating care, craft and storytelling in design or video.

For design, relevant experience includes typography, layout, visual identity and preparing assets for digital publication. For video, it includes narrative editing, sound, subtitles and, where applicable, filming.

You can explain your contribution to each project, work from a brief and respond to precise feedback. Please tell us which tools you use and how AI fits into your process.

You are comfortable collaborating in English.

Please apply with your CV or background summary, two or three relevant work samples, your preferred specialism, location and availability. Existing work is sufficient; no new application project is required.
