Description of the mission

Help tell the stories of emerging creatives through thoughtful design and video.

ZNTH is a Paris-based cultural nonprofit connecting people across art, fashion, film, music and other disciplines. We are developing artist features, social content and communications around our Salons.

We already have photographs, interviews and footage from our first event, alongside initial editorial concepts. We’re looking for producers who can develop these materials into carefully crafted content and help create new work.

You can apply with a focus on design, video or both. We welcome complementary specialists; expertise in every format is not required.

Depending on your strengths, you will:

• Produce visual assets, editorial layouts, carousels and campaign materials.

• Edit interviews, short films and social videos from existing footage.

• Help develop storyboards, shot lists and production plans.

• Participate in filming or photography in Paris where relevant.

• Work with the creative and editorial team to clarify briefs.

• Refine typography, image selection, pacing, sound and subtitles.

• Incorporate detailed feedback and organise editable files for handover.

Our immediate milestones are the first finished pieces from Salon001 and a repeatable production process for future artist stories and campaigns.

This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity, with an initial three-month commitment and approximately 20 hours per week agreed around availability. Design and editing can be done remotely. Any Paris-based filming responsibilities will be agreed individually.

Profile

You have a portfolio demonstrating care, craft and storytelling in design or video.

For design, relevant experience includes typography, layout, visual identity and preparing assets for digital publication. For video, it includes narrative editing, sound, subtitles and, where applicable, filming.

You can explain your contribution to each project, work from a brief and respond to precise feedback. Please tell us which tools you use and how AI fits into your process.

You are comfortable collaborating in English.

Please apply with your CV or background summary, two or three relevant work samples, your preferred specialism, location and availability. Existing work is sufficient; no new application project is required.
