Description of the mission

Suptertiaire, l'école de l'immobilier, recrute pour son partenaire, une entreprise du secteur immobilier, un(e) chargé(e) de projets durables en immobilier en contrat d'apprentissage.

Vos missions :

Vous participerez à la mise en place et au suivi d’actions liées à la transition écologique et énergétique des bâtiments :

Analyser la performance énergétique des bâtiments
Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d’amélioration durable
Suivre les certifications environnementales et réglementations
Sensibiliser les occupants et partenaires aux démarches RSE

Type de contrat : Contrat d'apprentissage
Début du contrat : Septembre 2026
Avantages : Participation au transport + Titre-restaurant + Mutuelle d’entreprise
Horaires : Du lundi au vendredi + Travail en journée
Salaire : entre 783,90€ à 1823,03 €/ mois (% du SMIC selon âge et niveau de qualification)
Pas de frais à prévoir pour le candidat
