Structure : SSIAD – SOINS TI KAZ - Service de Soins Infirmiers À Domicile, Désirade

Intitulé : Stagiaire Master Économie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS)

Durée : 4 à 6 mois

Lieu : Désirade (Guadeloupe)

Contexte : Dans un contexte de renforcement du maintien à domicile et d’évolution des besoins, le SSIAD souhaite développer de nouvelles actions et améliorer la coordination de ses services.

Missions :

- Appui au développement de projets (identification des besoins, conception, fiches projet)

- Amélioration des pratiques (analyse, outils, organisation)

- Recherche de financements et partenariats

- Évaluation et valorisation de l’impact social

- Veille et statistiques

Profil :

- Master ESS / développement local / politiques sociales

- Intérêt pour le médico-social et le maintien à domicile

- Capacités d’analyse, rédaction et autonomie

Encadrement : Suivi par un tuteur au sein du SSIAD

Conditions : Stage conventionné, gratification selon réglementation
