- Support & maintenance de Parc : maîtrise des OS (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android), du diagnostic matériel/logiciel, du déploiement de postes, de la gestion des incidents (cadre ITIL) et des outils métier (GLPI, AnyDesk, Freshdesk) - Réseaux, Systèmes & Sécurité : administration de serveurs et d'annuaires (Active Directory, Windows Server, Debian), configuration/sécurisation des équipements réseaux (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, Cisco) et supervision (Nagios, Zabbix) - Environnements collaboratifs & outils émergents : Gestion des suites bureautiques (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), pratiques de gestion de projet/documentation (Jira, Confluence) et intégration de l'IA générative (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) - Vous avez une expérience métier de 3 ans minimum - Une expérience dans la formation professionnelle est un plus mais n’est pas indispensable.
