Vous interviendrez au sein d’un parcours destiné aux professionnel•les RH (recrutement, développement des talents, administration du personnel), visant à les accompagner dans l’appropriation concrète de l’intelligence artificielle dans leurs pratiques métiers.

Cette formation aide aussi à intégrer les enjeux éthiques et réglementaires pour déployer rapidement des cas d’usage opérationnels.

Compétences techniques & pédagogiques pour ce poste :

Vous justifiez de 3 à 4 ans d’expérience minimum sur des projets liés à l’IA, en tant que Consutant•e / Expert•e IA ; PO/PM.

Vous êtes à l’aise dans la collaboration avec des équipes techniques et / ou métiers, et vous disposez d’une solide compréhension des enjeux business ainsi que des processus opérationnels.

Bonne maîtrise des usages de l’IA générative (prompting, assistants conversationnels, NLP) & automatisation
Expérience concrète de cas d’usage IA dans les RH (recrutement, GPEC, juridique RH, etc.)
Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour un public non spécialiste
Expérience en animation d’ateliers collaboratifs
Connaissance des enjeux réglementaires et éthiques liés à l’IA (RGPD, biais, gouvernance)
