Maîtrise de l'ensemble des notions transmises en animation et capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour un public de grand•es débutant•es. Posture d'écoute, d'accompagnement individualisé et de réassurance face aux appréhensions liées au numérique. Curiosité, bienveillance, esprit d'équipe et capacité de remise en question continue pour améliorer sa pratique. Aisance relationnelle avec des profils variés et capacité d'adaptation en direct au rythme de chaque apprenant•e. Compétences techniques : Très bonne maîtrise des outils collaboratifs des environnements professionnels usuels (Google Workspace / GSuite, Suite Microsoft Office, etc.).
