Contexte

Pépins Production est une association qui agit pour réintroduire la nature en ville tout en impliquant les habitants dans des dynamiques collectives et solidaires. Nous installons des pépinières urbaines participatives, conçues comme des outils de sensibilisation, de formation et de production au service des initiatives et de la biodiversité locale.

Pour cela, nous avons imaginé un équipement innovant : la Pépinière de quartier – un lieu pédagogique et convivial dédié à la production écologique de jeunes plantes, à la mobilisation citoyenne et à la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle de publics fragiles.

Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un·e Chargé·e de projet & Animation pour intervenir sur les pépinières du Grand Paris, et en particulier sur le lancement des pépinières de la Grande Coco et à la Pépinière des Rigoles.

Compétences clés

Connaissances de base en production horticole ou en écologie urbaine.
Compétences en animation et médiation avec des publics variés.
Compétences commerciales et relation client pour la vente de plantes.
Organisation et capacité à piloter un projet.
Suivi administratif et budgétaire.

Qualités personnelles

Goût pour le travail de terrain et le contact humain,
Esprit d’initiative, autonomie, sens de l’organisation.
Capacité à travailler en coopération avec une diversité d’acteurs.

Expérience

Expérience souhaitée en production horticole, animation, et coordination de projet.
