Nous recherchons une personne disposant idéalement de : - Une expérience significative dans la gestion de projet événementiel, la programmation, la médiation culturelle, ou le cinéma documentaire ; - Un réel goût pour le cinéma documentaire et un intérêt marqué pour les enjeux de transition écologique et sociale ; - Une expérience dans l’organisation d’événements culturels et/ou la gestion de projets ; - Une expérience de l’animation de débats et de temps d’échange avec un public ; - Une capacité à transmettre et accompagner, notamment auprès de jeunes volontaires en Service Civique ; - Une bonne connaissance du milieu culturel et/ou associatif ; - De bonnes capacités relationnelles et un bon sens de la négociation et de la coordination ; - Une grande autonomie, de la rigueur et un bon sens de l’organisation. Une expérience dans le secteur du cinéma, du documentaire, de l’éducation populaire ou de l’accompagnement de volontaires serait particulièrement appréciée.
