Nous recherchons un boulanger diplômé H/F Vous savez travailler les pâtons, Vous travaillerez avec des produits bio dans un labo neuf. Prise de poste à 4 heures ( 4H -12H20). Avoir un moyen de locomotion pour la prise de poste. Vous serez dans une équipe de 4 boulangers H/F 2 jours de repos/semaine (modulables)

Caractéristiques des farines levure, additifs
Conduire une fermentation
Diviser la masse de pâte en pâtons
Doser des ingrédients culinaires
Bouler et effectuer la tourne ou le façonnage des pâtons
