Nous cherchons notre nouvelle pépite qui sera chargée d’accompagner notre développement !

Au sein de l’équipe Operations, tu es directement rattaché(e) à Esther, Operations Manager.

Tes missions seront :

Analyse : identifier nos problèmes de livraison et suivre nos indicateurs de performance
Achats et négociation : rechercher des fournisseurs et négocier les meilleurs tarifs pour nos achats d’entrepôt (emballages, matériel de sécurité, outils tech, …)
Gestion de projet : participer à des projets opérationnels pour améliorer notre qualité de service, en collaboration avec les autres départements de l’équipe
Veille concurrentielle : identifier les nouvelles tendances de marché

Tu es rigoureux, organisé et force de proposition
Tu as une bonne maîtrise d’excel
Tu souhaites découvrir les opérations de A à Z, aussi bien d’un point de vue analytique que sur le terrain pour éprouver nos process opérationnels
Tu souhaites travailler dans un environnement stimulant, au rythme rapide, et centré sur le travail d’équipe
Tu en as marre des déchets plastiques qui font déborder tes poubelles et tu veux participer à un projet à impact
