Forte de ses 70 000 bénévoles et 17 000 salariés engagés en France comme à l'étranger, la Croix-Rouge française est une association loi 1901 reconnue d'utilité publique. Elle regroupe des volontaires engagés depuis plus de 160 ans sur de nombreux fronts de la lutte contre les précarités.

Finalité du poste

ASSURER LA GESTION COURANTE DES ACTIVITES LIEES AU CHAMP DE L'ACTION DE LA DELEGATION AINSI QUE L'ACCUEIL ET L'ORIENTATION DES BENEFICIAIRES AU SEIN DE L'UL

MISSION 1 : PARTICIPER A LA GESTION ADMINISTRATIVE ET LOGISTIQUE DES ACTIVITES ALIMENTAIRES DE L'UNITE LOCALE

réaliser les taches administratives
assurer la traçabilité des informations
gestion du logiciel aida
aider les bénévoles dans leur quotidien
participer aux différentes réunions et manifestations organisées par l'unité locale
participer a l'entretien des locaux

MISSION 2 : ACCUEILLIR ET INFORMER LES BENEFICIAIRES

accueillir les bénéficiaires
informer les bénéficiaires sur les services proposés en interne ou en externe

MISSION 3 : PARTICIPER A L'ACTIVITE BENEVOLE

apporter un soutien logistique et administratif aux bénévoles
