Description of the mission

Kanop is hiring a driven individual to own outreach strategy and planning for a new market segment.

Start date: As soon as possible (flexible)

Location: Paris 1st arrondissement (Les Halles), hybrid

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 35 hours/week

Preferably enrolled in a French degree program that requires an internship

What You'll Actually Do

Read sustainability reports and news for target companies
Build company profiles and map out key people at each company
Plan sequences and write outreach content: emails, LinkedIn, call scripts
Directly support the CEO and Head of Growth on day to day operations
Support marketing initiatives (newsletters, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
Lead sales calls (upon initial success and demonstration of efficacy)

What We Offer

€1,200 brut/month (internship allowance)
Real responsibility: this isn't shadowing, you'll own the work
Direct access to CEO and leadership team
Possibility for a CDI once the internship is complete.

Profile

You can write. You know how to balance using AI and your own brain.
You're organized and can manage multiple workstreams
You're autonomous—we'll give you direction and mentorship, but you need to take initiative and own execution.
You're comfortable with ambiguity. Small team, moving fast, adaptability is key.
Master's degree student (business, engineering, sustainability, or related)
Fluent in English is a must; French, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus
Previous startup, consulting, or high-pressure environment experience preferred
