Profil recherché Nous recherchons une personne formatrice en FLE/FOS possédant une expérience confirmée de l’enseignement en groupe et de l’ingénierie pédagogique, idéalement auprès de publics exilés ou primo‑arrivants. Vous êtes capable de concevoir des parcours modulaires, d’évaluer selon le CECRL et d’animer des sessions dynamiques mêlant langue et activité physique. Savoirs‑être et compétences : -Formation en FLE, ingénierie pédagogique ou équivalent -Maîtrise du CECRL et expérience d’évaluation -Capacité à créer des supports FOS liés aux métiers du sport et de l’animation -Patience, bienveillance, sens de l’écoute et aisance relationnelle -Adaptabilité, rigueur, autonomie et esprit collaboratif -Confort avec l’accueil de personnes en situation de handicap Connaissance du secteur de la formation professionnelle et pratiques Qualiopi appréciées.
