Indicateurs qualitatifs: Qualité des enseignes signées : présence dans au moins une enseigne cuisine haut de gamme (De Buyer, Staub, Le Creuset…), un concept store ou grand magasin (Merci Paris, BHV, Galeries Lafayette…), ou une enseigne outdoor (Au Vieux Campeur, camping…). Accès à un décideur réel (acheteur, responsable merchandising, directeur commercial), pas simplement un premier contact
La mission est accomplie quand : Au moins un contrat B2B est signé et la première commande passée. La commission correspondante a été déclenchée et versée
Bonus de réussite: Signature dans plusieurs catégories (cuisine + outdoor, ou cuisine + grands magasins). Commandes récurrentes ou partenariat cadre négocié sur le long terme.
