🏠 What We Do
The shift to electric mobility is happening. Electra is accelerating it.
Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions. Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.
In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.
We’ve grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and we’re now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our own eMSP.
Backed by over €1 billion in funding, we’re looking for bold, passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europe’s energy transition.
If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you!
💼 Your Mission
At Electra, our growth transforms our organization every day. To support it, we are recruiting a Senior People Business Partner France, working closely with our 190 employees spread across Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux.
This is above all a field-based role: you are close to managers and employees, you understand their day-to-day realities, you anticipate their needs and you act fast. This proximity is what makes a Business Partner valuable at Electra.
In parallel, you will independently lead cross-functional HR projects, in close collaboration with the Head of People France and the People & Impact team.
You will embody our values every day: passion, boldness, simplicity, One Team and a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity.
🦸♀️🦸♂️ Your Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering (70)
Being present in the field: deep knowledge of teams, their dynamics and their challenges, through regular touchpoints to support them throughout their entire journey (mobility, growth, feedback, complex situations), while also identifying weak signals and setting a clear framework in sensitive situations.
Being the go-to HR partner for leaders: supporting, coaching and challenging them on day-to-day and organizational HR topics, through structured rituals and a lasting relationship of trust. This role requires leadership without hierarchical authority, built on the quality of thinking and relationships.
Managing and facilitating our key HR rituals (annual and mid-year reviews, career tracking, etc) end-to-end within your scope, ensuring quality and consistency of the employee experience.
Monitoring and analyzing HR KPIs within your scope to inform decisions, guide your own actions and formulate actionable recommendations to the right stakeholders.
Ensuring HR legal compliance and social dialogue: maintaining a rigorous command of the French HR legal and regulatory framework (labor law, SYNTEC collective agreement, individual employee rights) and ensuring it is consistently applied within your scope. This includes active participation in the relationship with the CSE (Comité Social et Économique), supporting the preparation of meetings, contributing to information and consultation processes, and helping to build a constructive and trust-based dialogue with employee representatives.
2. Employee Experience
Working in tandem with the People Ops and more globally with the team to ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, across all individual or structural HR topics for the France scope.
Listening to field dynamics: detecting tensions and weak signals early, turning the voice of employees (surveys, feedback, informal conversations) into concrete action plans that you own and drive within your scope.
Bringing our ways of working and feedback culture to life every day, with an active role in the quality of exchanges and rituals.
3. HR Projects & Change Management (30%)
Contributing to cross-functional HR projects (performance, careers, inclusion) by bringing field knowledge, challenging existing practices and supporting their adoption while helping the organization evolve.
Leading certain projects independently: identifying improvements, simplifying where possible and proposing changes with measurable impact.
Supporting teams through organizational changes, with a structured perspective aligned with Electra's culture.
Integrating AI into your daily HR practices: using and exploring tools such as Claude, Dust and AI agents as efficiency drivers in your role and for the People & Impact team.
😎 Your Profile
6 to 8 years of experience as an HRBP / People Business Partner in a fast-growing international scale-up. You have thrived in environments where everything moves fast and where HR practices are built as much as they are applied.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
You are as comfortable in the field as you are with complex topics; you know how to coach and challenge leaders, hold a position and navigate difficult conversations.
You know how to bring people along, build alignment and drive your topics independently, with clear and proactive communication, even in uncertain situations.
You naturally connect your HR actions to business challenges and adjust your priorities accordingly.
You are proficient with HRIS tools (Lucca), the Google Suite; you leverage HR data and have a genuine curiosity for AI tools.
You have a solid knowledge of the HR legal framework and you pay close attention to compliance on a daily basis.
