💼 Your Missions
As a Sales Ops Manager at Electra, reporting to the Lead Sales Ops, you will help build and scale the sales operations engine for our Expansion perimeter across our 10 countries in Europe: the tooling, processes and data infrastructure that let our Expansion teams source and sign high-potential sites faster. This is not a support role: you'll act as a strategic partner to Expansion leadership, spotting the biggest performance levers and building the solutions that unlock them.
🦸♀️🦸♂️Your responsibilities
🔗 Process management
Drive the design of the Expansion sales process end to end, from sourcing to signature, across all Electra markets: spot the biggest bottlenecks and design the solutions to fix them.
Architect and continuously evolve our CRM (Hubspot) to match how Expansion actually sells: pipeline structure, deal stages, automations, data model.
Act as a trusted-advisor to local Expansion leaders: challenge their processes, bring outside best practices, and drive adoption across markets.
📊 Data analysis
Build the performance infrastructure (dashboards, KPIs, reporting) that gives Expansion leadership real-time visibility on pipeline health, conversion, and signature velocity across markets.
Turn data into action: identify the top performance levers per market and drive the plan to unlock them, alongside local leaders.
Bring a rigorous, quantitative lens to decisions across markets
🏋🏻 Training and sales enablement
Drive enablement and specifically AI adoption across the Sales organisation: identify where AI can improve commercial workflows (prospecting, outreach, reporting, forecasting), evaluate and implement tools, and drive adoption.
Act as the dedicated Sales Ops point of contact for a specific region, owning training and enablement for that market end to end.
Assist your regional Expansion team with ad hoc requests: data queries and report generation.
😎 Your Profile
Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience in complex B2B sales cycles is a strong plus.
Stakeholder management: You build trust quickly and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from local Expansion leaders to senior leadership, across multiple countries and cultures.
Strategic vision & autonomy: You think strategically and independently identify improvement opportunities. You spot operational gaps and design solutions without waiting for direction.
Project management: You have strong project management skills and are recognized for your communication across teams.
Balance big picture and detail: You can manage complex business problems and dive into detailed data, while still keeping sight of the bigger picture.
Tool knowledge: Strong mastery of a CRM (Hubspot or equivalent) and SQL; proficiency with APIs is a plus.
Languages: You speak French and English fluently. German is a strong plus. Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
Location: Based in Paris or Lyon, with the willingness to travel occasionally to our countries, especially Germany.
