Description of the mission

🏠 What Do We Do?

Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 5 years, we have:
  • Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points

  • Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market

  • Opened several offices in France and Europe

  • Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

  • Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

  • Assembled a team of over +250 talents… and this is just the beginning !

💼 Your Mission

Under Claudia, Head of Marketing, the main objective of your role is to implement growth strategies to optimize online visibility, to increase our user base, and to maximize conversion.

1. Be #1 when people look for charging stations
  • Define and scale the SEO strategy country by country, adapting it to each local market, leveraging AI to produce and localize content faster

  • Manage our SEO agency (Arkee) and editorial partner (On Track) to ship high-performing content on time

  • Make the app impossible to miss on the App Store and Google Play visibility, search ranking, and featured placements

  • Boost Electra's presence on navigation and map apps (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps) right where drivers are looking for a charger

2. Turn our owned channels into conversion machines

Website

  • Own website performance and user experience across all markets

  • Build and deploy new landing pages based on business needs (price comparison, feature highlights, badge ordering, etc.)

  • Continuously improve conversion performance

In-station

  • Drive in-station traffic to app usage

  • Test and evaluate new advertising formats (totem, screens, Electra Line, animations, games…) within stations

  • Manage the operations and logistics of the campaigns

3. Build the playbook and coordinate its implementation across 9 markets
  • Work directly with local Marketing managers to adapt and deploy organic growth initiatives in each country

  • Ensure consistency of execution while leaving room for local market specifics

4. Analyse results and build data-driven recommendations
  • Define the metrics and dashboards to track performance across all channels and markets

  • Turn insights into prioritised actions and continuously raise the bar on what good looks like

😎 Your Profile

  • 3+ years in growth or digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of a channel

  • Fluent in French and English, you can brief an agency in France and align with a market lead in Germany without losing nuance

  • You are analytical and business-focused; you know how to use data to inform your decisions.

  • Multi-market experience is a plus, you know that copy-pasting a strategy across countries doesn’t work, and you enjoy figuring out what does

  • You use AI as a real productivity lever, not just ChatGPT for drafts, but workflows and automations that let you punch above your weight

  • You know how to steer agencies, sharp briefs, clear feedback, delivery on time

  • You ship, you don’t wait for the perfect brief, the perfect tool, or the perfect moment. You figure it out and move.

  • You have strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
