Mission context

Dans le cadre de la très forte croissance de ses activités, Clean Horizon recherche un(e) Responsable Marketing et expérience client H/F afin de gérer l’ensemble des éléments de l’entreprise en lien avec sa communication. Clean Horizon mettra à disposition du / de la candidat (e)

Une plateforme de marque à jour (positionnement, ton, unique value proposition, valeurs, manifesto)
Une stratégie éditoriale mise au point en 2026 incluant notamment un système éditorial adopté par l’ensemble du management
Un planning de publications tenu à jour avec des publications régulières

Ce poste est en freelance sera basé à la fois en télétravail (2-3 jours par semaine) et en présentiel à Paris (2-3 jours par semaine)

Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie de marketing et structuration de l'expérience client.

Les éléments suivants sont recherchés, du plus important au moins important :

La maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais est indispensable
Nous attendons un fort esprit d’initiative, une grande autonomie et un(e) candidat(e) en mesure de travailler seul et d’être force de proposition (et de conviction !) vis à vis de la direction
Expérience significative (10 ans minimum) sur un poste similaire
Capacité à structurer des messages complexes et à les rendre accessibles
Excellente maîtrise des fondamentaux de la communication et du design graphique
Rigueur, sens du détail et exigence en matière de qualité
Maîtrise des outils de création
Formation supérieure en communication, design ou équivalent
