Mission context

L’Association Chats des Rues agit à Montreuil pour améliorer la vie des chats errants, abandonnés ou en difficulté. Notre mission : capturer, stériliser, identifier, soigner, accueillir, puis favoriser l’adoption des chats qui peuvent rejoindre une famille.

Pour renforcer l’organisation quotidienne de son refuge, ACR recherche un·e Agent de protection animale. La personne recrutée travaillera en binôme. La réussite sur le poste repose sur une coordination étroite, un partage clair des responsabilités et une communication régulière pour assurer la continuité du suivi des chats et du fonctionnement du refuge.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne fiable, organisée et profondément motivée par la protection animale.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec :

Les chats, y compris les chats craintifs, âgés, malades ou en convalescence.
La gestion concrète d’un lieu accueillant des animaux.
Le travail en équipe et la coordination avec un binôme.
Les échanges avec des bénévoles, familles d’accueil, adoptants et vétérinaires.
Les outils simples de suivi : mails, tableurs, documents partagés ;
La gestion des priorités dans un environnement associatif où les urgences peuvent arriver rapidement.

Une expérience en refuge, association de protection animale, clinique vétérinaire, pension féline, médiation animale ou coordination de bénévoles serait un vrai plus.
