Mission success indicators

Le Formateur/Formatrice Afuté est en contact avec le Formateur/Formatrice Entreprise pendant la formation et intervient chaque fois que la situation l’exige.

Il/elle assure le lien avec la Responsable Formation d’Afuté tout au long de la formation, à laquelle il/elle envoie son compte-rendu après l'accompagnement au démarrage (12h sur 2 à 3 semaines), chaque suivi mensuel et chaque réunion pédagogique.

La facturation de la mission (en 3 fois) ne pourra être réalisée qu'après transmission et vérification des documents suivants à la Responsable Formation d'Afuté :

Une formation individuelle Envol Pro peut démarrer à tout moment de l'année. Il en est de même pour cette mission d'accompagnement. Un même Formateur/Formatrice Afuté peut accompagner plusieurs formations individuelles en parallèle et/ou successives sur des calendriers différents.

Workload and rhythm

L’accompagnement représente généralement 28 heures tout au long de la formation dont : - une présence en entreprise de 12h sur les 2 à 3 premières semaines de démarrage d’une formation auprès des apprenants et de l’entreprise ; un suivi mensuel sur site (1h) avec compte-rendu ; 2 réunions pédagogiques sur site (1 à 2h) à mi-parcours et fin de parcours avec compte-rendus.

- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience auprès de personnes en situation de handicap mental ou cognitif - Avoir une expérience dans l’accompagnement de personnes éloignées de l’emploi (job coach, chargé d’insertion professionnelle) et/ou une expérience en entreprise - Capacités rédactionnelles, maîtrise de l’outil informatique (word, excel, etc) Compétences et qualités clés : - Être expert de la pédagogie et du handicap. - Connaissance de l’univers de l’entreprise et de ses exigences. - Personne adhérant au projet et à notre proposition de formation. - Adaptabilité, réactivité. - Ouverture d’esprit, bienveillance, sens de l’écoute développé.

Cette mission implique d'accepter de se former à l’identité d'Afuté, et de respecter ses méthodes pédagogiques et processus administratifs (obligations d'Afuté en tant qu'organisme de formation certifié Qualiopi). Afuté attend de ses Formateurs/Formatrices Afuté qu'ils/elles soient forces de proposition pour rechercher les meilleurs moyens d'assurer la réussite de la formation et son issue positive par un recrutement de l'apprenant à l'issue de sa formation. La Responsable Régionale de l'association accompagne chaque Formateur/Formatrice Afuté dans ce sens, avec une communication régulière pour une collaboration fluide et fructueuse.
