Mission context

L’association ACCES JOB accompagne depuis 2015 des jeunes adultes en situation de handicap intellectuel, pour leur permettre d’accéder à un emploi en entreprise, et de s’y maintenir dans la durée.

Notre parcours d’accompagnement global repose sur 2 axes :

Un accompagnement individuel et « sur mesure » par un conseiller en emploi (recherche d’emploi, maintien en emploi, évolution professionnelle)
La participation à des activités collectives hebdomadaires, animées par les conseillers en emploi et/ou des intervenants extérieurs.

L’équipe d’ACCES JOB est constituée d’ 1 Directrice, 1 Adjointe, 1 Responsable réseau entreprises, et 5 Conseillers en emploi, prestataires de l’association. Dans un contexte de croissante, ACCES JOB recherche un nouveau Conseiller en emploi pour renforcer l’équipe et répondre aux besoins de nouvelles familles.

La mission se déroulera principalement sur les lieux de travail des bénéficiaires, dans Paris ou proche banlieue. Les réunions d'équipe ont lieu dans un espace de coworking dans le 5e.

Le conseiller en emploi devra se déplacer sur les lieux de travail des bénéficiaires.

Required tools or licenses

Pas de logiciel ni licence, un simple ordinateur pour des saisies de prestations/ reporting.

Desired skills or expertise

De formation éducateur spécialisé, coach, conseiller en insertion, ou RH, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans l’accompagnement. Vous avez une expérience et/ou un intérêt pour l’inclusion professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap. La connaissance des réseaux de l’insertion professionnelle et/ou la formation serait un plus. Qualités requises : engagement, adaptabilité, sens de l’écoute, créativité, qualités relationnelles, curiosité, réactivité, autonomie
