Your Mission
You will join our brand-new Product Management team to lead one of Zeplug product family and to become a major actor of Zeplug growth. You will work with our various stakeholders (Tech, R&D, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to define and execute your product roadmap and you will have a key role to play to build a product management culture across the company.
What will you do ?
· As senior product manager in the Growth product family, you will play a key role in the Internationalization of Zeplug, in the enhancements of our Sales processes and in the deployment of new Finance tools.
· Own the roadmap for your products from discovery to delivery.
· Engage with Zeplug management to define and align on features prioritization.
· Accompany junior and non-product team members on product methodologies and processes.
· Engage closely with product users and stakeholders from all teams to understand and detail needs, assess business impacts, prioritize them to build your roadmap in a structured approach.
· Identify and propose enhancements on your own.
· Specify requirements to be developed.
· Work with the engineering team to align on development sizing, to support during the development phase and to be actively involve testing new features.
· Measure the impact of new features.
· Be responsible of the processes follow up and adjustment when needed.
· Document product features and build / lead training.
