Vialma is looking for our SENIOR CONTENT MANAGER who is creative, rigorous and proactive, with a strong experience in online streaming. In this role, you will be managing our entire content team as well as our copywriters and playlist makers.
And yes, this job description is all in English because… you will get to work with amazing cultural institutions all over Europe, as well as 20 teammates from more than 10 nationalities :-)
Vialma is a streaming service dedicated to arts and culture. We already work with a broad range of cultural organisations such as the Paris Opera, the Orsay Museum, the Palau de la Musica in Barcelona, the London Symphony Orchestra,… various corporate brands and financial institutions.
What do we do exactly? We build white label streaming services and playlists which help sell more tickets, raise more funds, or create a closer bond with a targeted audience. We take care of music licensing, tech and content management. We also launched a Health & Education branch: blue chips of the health and education industry use us to enable their patients, students, residents, enjoy arts.

The position is available from Paris or Brussels, but we are remote friendly. You will be joining a friendly team of 20 Vialmagicians, located in 5 different countries, from 10 nationalities.
Job Duties
Responsibilities
- Managing the content production and curation for both audio and video and for all art forms (music, cinema, paintings,…) in order for end users to have a memorable and enriching time on our platforms
- Managing the relationship with our content providers, both audio and video: contracts, business review, data reporting (the latter part with the help of our data analyst)
- Setting and monitoring the content budget
- Setting the content strategy both at the level of Vialma and at the level of each of our key customers: defining and diffusing the relevant tone of voice, the relevant content in the relevant format to the relevant audiences
- Coordinating with the Product and the Tech team in order to improve the experience users have with our content
- You will be managing the content team (3 people) and the relationship with all copywriters, take part in our steering committee
