We are a growing organization, providing universities with online tools to measure and improve sustainability knowledge among their students. Our vision is to mainstream sustainability knowledge worldwide.

Responsibilities

As a Communications and Marketing Apprentice, you will help us bring this vision to life by helping our message reach and influence more people. In other words, your responsibilities include:

Content Creation and Social Media Management (50%):

  • Create and curate engaging content and communication assets (text, image, video, press materials, etc.)
  • Manage and grow Sulitest’s social media community through proactive engagement and interaction
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns around Sulitest’s participation in events, conferences, and webinars

Community Engagement (25%):

  • Collaborate with the sales team to engage and nurture prospects, clients and press

Inbound Marketing (20%):

  • Develop and execute content strategy, including blog writing and SEO optimization
  • Optimize website for conversion

Analytics and Continuous Improvement (5%):

  • Track, analyze and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, website, public relations, and content marketing initiatives

Conditions

Deadline for applications: June 30, 2024

Starting date: September, 2024

Location: We have one office in Paris (near the Cour Saint Emilion) and another in Marseille (in the “Parc National des Calanques” in Luminy). We prefer hybrid working (some days in-office, some days at home), although remote working may be considered dependant on the profile.

Profil recherché

About you

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement and growth, as well as SEO techniques and tools
  • You have excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels
  • You have a keen eye for design and create eye-catching visuals
  • You are a good listener and have empathy and the agility to adapt to a wide range of people with different backgrounds
  • You are proactive and capable of working autonomously, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • You are resourceful, solution-oriented and eager to learn
  • You are fluent in English and French (other languages are always a bonus)

Desired

  • You have experience using Webflow, Canva, Hubspot and Adobe InDesign
