Description de la mission

Solinum is a pioneering French social-tech non profit dedicated to one mission: using digital innovation to tackle poverty and social exclusion. We believe that access to information is a fundamental right and a powerful lever for dignity.

To achieve this, we design and deploy technological tools that bridge the gap between people in precarious situations and the services meant to help them. Our approach combines rigorous field data, professional social work expertise, and user-centric technology.

Our Key Projects

  • Soliguide: Our flagship platform. It is the leading digital guide that maps all social and solidary services (food aid, legal support, etc.). It helps both social workers and people in precarious situations find reliable information in real-time.

  • Solidata: Our data-driven project. We analyze the massive amount of data generated by our platforms to provide insights into social needs. This helps public authorities and organizations better understand poverty and improve the efficiency of social policies.

  • The Solidarity API (API Solidarité): A technical solution that allows our partners to access and integrate our verified data into their own tools. This ensures that high-quality information is shared across the entire social ecosystem, avoiding fragmentation.

Dates : 30th of march to 20th of may (8 weeks)

As part of a partnership with Absolute Internship, Solinum will welcome an international student for this mission in march. We are now looking for her French counterpart to form a multicultural duo.

Your role: You will co-lead this European expansion study, acting as the local "bridge" to help your partner navigate the French context and documentation, while working together on the international roadmap.

Your Mission

1. Strategic Market Research

  • Country Analysis: Compare 5 European countries to identify the most favorable ecosystem for our services.

  • Deep-dive Study: For the chosen country, analyze the administrative structure, key poverty figures, and local social challenges.

2. Product & Field Adaptation

  • Mapping: Map 10 local social services in a target city to test how easily information can be found and identify where Soliguide can add value.

  • Database Alignment: Propose adaptations for our service categories to match local terminology while keeping our European database consistent.

3. Financial & Ecosystem Mapping

  • Stakeholder Mapping: Identify key NGOs and government agencies in the target country.

  • Funding Benchmark: Build a database of 15+ potential funders (Foundations, Corporate CSR, public grants) to support a future launch.

4. Marketing & Digital Presence

  • Communication Audit: Research how people in precarious situations access information in the target country.

  • Landing Page: Create a localized "Soliguide" landing page using Webflow to introduce the project to local partners.

Profil recherché

We are looking for a versatile and curious student who is excited about the intersection of social impact and international strategy.

  • Bilingual Skills: You are a native or fluent French speaker and are comfortable working, writing, and collaborating daily in English. You will act as a bridge for your international partner.

  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy market research, data organization, and synthesizing complex information into clear reports.

  • Autonomy & Adaptability: You are a self-starter. As you will be mentored directly by the CEO, you need to be comfortable managing your time effectively and taking initiative.

  • Tech-Curious: You are ready to dive into tools like Notion, Airtable, and Slack. A willingness to learn basic Webflow (for the landing page project) is a major plus!

  • Social Commitment: You have a genuine interest in social innovation and the fight against poverty.
