Job Description:

In the context of its rapid growth, RaYSun is seeking a Junior Project Manager. The selected candidate, who should have a technical and/or economic background, will be responsible for pre-studies and project management of RaYSun projects in Belgium. As a true conductor to ensure the success of RaYSun's initial projects, the Junior Project Manager will be in contact with clients, subcontractors, and project partners, reporting directly to the company's management.

How can you make a difference?

• Pre-design of installations and evaluation of the potential and constraints of client roofs;

• Analysis of financial plans to study the client's/RaYSun's interest in investing in projects;

• Visits to approved sites with clients, subcontractors, and partners;

• Coordination of various project stakeholders, including RaYSun-certified installers (solar and charging stations) and network managers.

• Identification of potential consumers around the sites;

• Administrative and technical support for the implementation of energy sharing;

• Monitoring and optimization of installation performance.

Profil recherché

Is this the right job for you?

• Technical and/or business education;

• Minimum of 2 years convincing experience in the energy sector, preferably in renewable energy/photovoltaic solar;

• High sensitivity to environmental and climate issues with a genuine motivation to contribute to a fair energy transition and a sustainable society;

• Entrepreneurial spirit, interest in management, and excellent interpersonal skills;

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
